If you’re looking to cut corners, look elsewhere. But if you believe in doing things properly and avoiding false economies, then we’ll get on famously. We keep our prices honest and open. Here’s what you can expect:
An initial tenancy set-up fee equivalent to half of one month’s rent +VAT, with a minimum fee of £420 including VAT (£350 + VAT) and an ongoing management fee of 14.4% including VAT (12% + VAT) per month.
An initial tenancy set-up fee equivalent to half of one month’s rent +VAT, with a minimum fee of £420 including VAT (£350 + VAT) and an ongoing rent collection fee of 8.4% including VAT (7% + VAT) per month.
A fee of 12% (10% + VAT) of the first six month’s rent with a minimum charge of £594 (£495 + VAT). This fee is collected up front from the first month’s rent.
Additional Potential Fees
EPC – An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required to market a property, which remains valid for ten years from the date it was produced. If an EPC is required for your property, we can arrange this for you for £75. As soon as the EPC is registered, we’ll send you a copy.
Tenancy Renewal – The cost of arranging a tenancy renewal is £90 including VAT (£75 + VAT).
Additional Optional Services for our Rent Collection and Tenant Find Clients – We’re there every step of the way. When it’s time for your tenants to move out, we’ll take care of all your final checks. Depending on the size of your property, our fees are:
0-2 bedrooms: £120 including VAT (£100 + VAT)
3-4 bedrooms: £180 including VAT (£150 + VAT)
5+ bedrooms: £240 including VAT (£200 + VAT)

Client Money Protection (CMP) is provided by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) – View Certificate
